The ADVanced Insights Profile
Through a powerful strategic partnership with—Innermetrix, an international consulting firm—we offer the most sophisticated and comprehensive suite of personal diagnostic tools available today. The ADVanced Insights Profile combines the best of three world-class profiles:
To reach optimal performance for you—individually or for your employees—you must understand WHAT natural talents you possess, WHY you are motivated to use them, and HOW you prefer to use them.
The ADVanced Insights Profile does just that:
• Values Index™ looks at the WHY portion of the What, Why, and How trilogy. Understanding WHY you are motivated to do things, you are able to better align your environment with what creates the most passion in you and your people.
• DISC Index™ reviews the HOW portion of the What, Why, and How trilogy. Understanding HOW you prefer to behave, you are able to better align your environment, select the work that ensures more meaning and success, and produce less stress while doing so.
• The Attribute Index™ looks at the WHAT portion of the What, Why, and How trilogy. Understanding WHAT you are good at and what your thinking preferences are help support your continued and future success. Likewise, identifying your weaknesses helps you identify what’s blocking your success.
The Values Index™ determines WHY you behave the way you behave; The DISC Index™ identifies HOW you behave; The Attribute Index™ shows WHAT you’re good at.
The Emotional Quotient - Measures Emotional Intelligence
Research reveals that successful leaders and superior performers have well developed emotional intelligence skills. Emotional Quotient is our ability to perceive, evaluate, access, and manage our own emotions as well as the emotions of others. The greater your EQ the greater your opportunity to change the way you think about and achieve success—as you define it.
1. Intrapersonal Emotional Intelligence refers to what goes on inside of you as you experience day-to-day events.
• Self-Awareness is the ability to recognize and understand your moods, emotions and drives, as well as their effect on others.
• Self-Regulation is your ability to control or redirect disruptive impulses and moods and the tendency to suspend judgment to think before acting.
2. Motivation is the passion to work for reasons that go beyond money or status and a tendency to pursue goals with energy and persistence.
3. Interpersonal Emotional Intelligence refers to what goes on between you and others.
4. Empathy is your ability to understand the emotional makeup of other people.
5. Social Skills is a proficiency in managing relationships and building networks.
What Creates Organizational Success?
1. Are your company’s resources being properly allocated?
2. How can you better utilize your limited resources?
FACT: The more an organization’s systems and processes are aligned the greater its opportunity for success.
The purpose of any organizational assessment is to provide the organization’s leadership with hard data identifying any “disconnects” within the organization that are obstructing your desired results. The source of the data comes directly from the people within the organization. The data identifies specific issues that need to be addressed as well as areas of strength on which the organization can capitalize.
What Is D.I.AL.O.G.?
Modeled after the prestigious Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence Program, (Diagnostic Data Indicating ALignment of Organizational Goals) is an organizational assessment that provides information specific to how well critical elements are working together to achieve business and strategic goals. It also identifies which of these critical elements are working against you.
This diagnostic examines the interrelationship of processes and departments—relationships between what you do and the results you get—within the organization and the critical elements that contribute to that success. The interrelationships of essential elements become predictors of future strength.
Key Areas of Interest
The seven critical areas that are measured have been identified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and make up the criteria for Performance Excellence as used in the Baldridge National Quality Program. NIST has a mission to develop and promote measurement, standards, and technology to enhance productivity, facilitate trade, and improve the quality of life. These criteria are:
1. Leadership
2. Customer Focus
3. Human Resource Development & Management
4. Strategic Planning
5. Information & Analysis
6. Process Management
7. Business Results
